Pure speculation here but, it appears the pilot either lost an engine on takeoff or tried to bank the plane without sufficient airspeed. I would bet on the latter because of the attitude of the aircraft at the beginning of this video.
I retract my comment regarding the pilot banking without sufficient air speed after seeing the video provided by zipper. From that video it appears that a mechanical issue caused a loss of airspeed or flight surface control.
The video only captures the last few seconds of flight. The WC-130 was on departure enroute to the boneyard with 9 souls on board including crew chiefs. Since it wasn’t carrying cargo, doesn’t appear to be substantially disabled structurally, and is in a spin at impact a departure stall is highly likely. The question is what caused the departure stall and subsequent spin? A boneyard bound bird is typically on waivers to fly/airworthiness, were critical systems that could have alerted the aircrew non-operative?
I heard on a news report this plane was headed to Arizona to be retired?

I just saw another video that includes more footage. He looked like he was flying a bit slow and losing altitude, went into a turn that quickly turned into a spin before it got much bank.
