Couple of hours for me too, and I’d sponsor a freeper from further out who needed a ride.
Not bringing any guns though. I travel light. :)

Yep, I could carry four people plus snacks and coolers.
Doesn’t pay to pack heat in DC.
I knew a guy who forgot to take his pistol out of his work van after a weekend of shooting stuff up.
They arrested him, impounded his van and the tools in it.
It cost him thousands of $$ to stay out of jail and get his van back.
Half his tools were missing and the van was on blocks. All four wheels missing.
He refused to work in DC again.
Travel light and be ready to scoot. ;-)
