Actually evidence of similar bad acts is completely proper and admissible to prove motive, intent or modus operandi. It was not introduced to prove bad character.

Slightly insulting to Emmett Till, but there are plenty of people in Hollyweird who have done what Cosby apparently did. They will never be charged because they haven’t made speeches encouraging minorities to do the things that get you out of poverty, such as working and taking care of your children.
Just as Bob Menendez was prosecuted for what a lot of people in Congress have done — after he criticized Emperor Hussein on Cuba and Iran policy.
Cosby wandered off the plantation. Those who have stayed within the narrow little progressive ideology are protected, no matter how heinous their actions.
Progressives do NOT care about the victims, only about punishing those who dissent.
Notice how the media treats her with kid gloves on how they report this. There is no significant difference in this headline and article than there would be if she was saying anything rational.
If someone from an unprotected class and/or party went on a deranged rant like this, I’m sure both the headline and article would be completely different, to call out that irrationality, and would not provide the full transcript in the main article (perhaps as a link, if at all), instead excerpting comments that seemed even more deranged when taken out of context.
If this country were really what this bigoted woman thinks it is her husband would have been strung up without benefit of a trial.

Not that easily. There has to be a proper inference on probative value with an exactly similar modus. I do not believe that was present. And if the evidence is determinative of guilt or innocence it cannot be adduced.
A person can only be tried for the offence charged.
This case will be reversed on appeal IMHO.

I’m so sorry to hear. My son had friends who, grade school timewise, were models and actors in the Entertainment Industry. He really wanted to try for acting parts, but I worked and wouldn’t have been available to take him to auditions, etc. I am SO GLAD that I wasn’t available and he wasn’t exposed to the underbelly of that culture. Hope your life has been happy and fruitful after your experiences in the Entertainment Industry.
I dont think so. The evidence of MO, intent and motive were almost identical. I see no reversal unless its based on some quirky Penn law because the prior bad acts were admissible, at least in most states that have rules on the issue.
Honestly, I don’t know how or why but I sure felt the effects, I was awake but unable to move or protest or anything for some time. It was an alcoholic drink which I also should not have been drinking.
