Uzo Asonye, an assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, is joining Muellers stable of prosecutors to work as local counsel on the case against Paul Manafort, President Donald Trumps former campaign chairman who has been indicted on money laundering and bank fraud charges.
Asonye worked at the firm OMelveny & Myers before joining the U.S. attorneys office in 2010. Asonye donated $900 to Clintons presidential campaign from January to April 2008, according to Federal Election Commission records. He has not donated to any other national political campaigns since then.
Asonye is just the latest Democrat to join Muellers team.

And why should Federal Civil Servants even vote for cripes sake, and why shouldn't they be barred from political donations? Yes I went their. Keep your dang nose clean and donate time and money to a homeless shelter, anti-cancer drives etc etc. Stop mucking up what our founding fathers gave us because right now you win either way and become multi-millionares without having to design or build a tucking fhing, the self serving aspects of the swamp is wrong, just wrong....
I doubt it.
The Mueller thing is like an IRS audit - or a grizzly bear attack and you’re in a tent with nothing but a flashlight. They have all the power.
You just have to wait and hope they get bored with you and go torture someone else. If you get angry and fight back - you die.
I actually think the Mueller thing is fizzling - a little more patience is in order. It would be a mistake to start firing people at this point.
As far as putting Clintons in jail - I think that’s always been a pipe dream. Democrats are a protected species. We should concentrate on draining the swamp but forget putting them behind bars.
I’d love to see them serve time, but I think banishment is the best we can hope for.
Look on the bright side... with Mueller sucking up all the Democrat talent, there will be fewer Democrats free to muck up other cases the FBI has on its plate.
Kind of like thinking if there are roaches in the bathroom they won’t be as bad in the rest of the house.
