Rolling Stone Insists John Podesta’s Emails Were 'Leaked by the Russian Government'
Newsbusters ^ | May 4, 2018 | P.J. Gladnick

John Podesta's emails were leaked by Wikileaks which means they were really leaked by the Russian government. That's a fact? At least it is a "fact" being pushed by Rolling Stone and much of the rest of the mainstream media despite that fact that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has denied that Russia was the source.

Rolling Stone again pushed the Russians as hackers of Podesta's emails scenario right at the start of their interview with New York Times reporter Amy Chozick, author of Chasing Hillary. Interviewer Tessa Stuart included the Russian hacking claim in the very first sentence of the interview.

A Russian agent forced John Podesta to stupidly give up his password.

It so obviously was Seth Rich. DNC employee and Bernie fan.

It’s sickening that not one mainstream media source has interest in looking into the Seth Rich case.

Rolling Stone—Aren’t they the guys that published a completely bogus story about a girl being raped at a UVA fraternity party a couple of years ago?

But we’re supposed to trust them now?

Does this include the “Hillary smells like cabbage, urine, and farts” email?

Okay.

Have it your way, Rolling Stone. It was the evil Russians. Whatever.

Let’s give them an award and a big round of applause.

Oh, and, by the way, I’d like to see you or the rest of your vile leftist media scum dig up ONE person - just one will do (and no porn queens, please) who can honestly say that they were going to vote for Hillary before they read those terrible wikileaks e-mails, and then decided to utterly change their minds (and ignore a lifetime of socialist brainwashing by the public schools) and vote for Donald J. Trump. Go ahead. Show me one.

John Podesta’s e mails were not leaked

Podesta was dumb enough to fall for a spear Phishing scheme from an email, asking him to provide his email pass word and send it out

An even dumber Democrat Hillary Clinton IT “expert” verified to Pedestal that the spear Phishing scheme was a legit DNC email and OK’ed Podesta to respond and provide his password info and send it out.

Podesta’s password was “passw0rd”

The Democrats were undone by internal incompetence , not Russian hacking

They have looked into it. They didn't like the results. Remember with the media it's not what they report. It's what they ignore.

The news media has always shown a mark disinterest in just how they obtain their “news”. The source is to be protected at all cost even if an illegal act was committed to securing the information. So why the concern now about who leaked the emails?

Simple, the emails embarrassed the Democrats.

So their suppose concerns are nothing but smoke screen to hide what the emails exposed and if possible sling some dirt at the President.

To me, the issue is not whether or not the Ruskies got the e mail, the issue is: what the leaked info showed. No press person seems interested in the violations noted.

A minor point, it is quite a jump in logic to go from the Ruskies stole the e mails to the point they did it because they were colluding with Trump's campaign. In point of fact, there was no evidence that happened. So, from there we have gone to Ruskie urinating hookers, to some BJ that may have happened in 2006. Meanwhile, the national government is floundering during very dangerous times.

Point of interest, back in the early 1770s, when the national government (the King) did not listen to any concerns of the locals, they decided he needed to go. Are we there yet today??

There is far more evidence that Seth Rich was the Wikileaks source than Russia. Time magazine just repeated the Russia hack in their feature story also and it continues across the media in commentary and in print.

It is sort of like global warming dogma - it is repeated often because it reinforces a narrative that seemingly cannot be countered or questioned. I think Julian Assange has probably come as close as he will to admitting the material came on a thumb drive for which Rich had access and apparent motive. Assange and Wikileaks are a complicated subject as the 2016 election illustrated - a hero today and villain tomorrow depending on what side you are on and who is in power.

I do not doubt that Russians hacked or tried to hack the DNC server - likely others as well to include Israel, Britain, China, etc etc. It is what intelligence agencies do. The spambots probably hacked it or tried to hack it. It was the actual content (which is completely ignored by the MSM) that did the damage because it confirmed for many that shady business was occurring within the DNC. I do think it damaged her with Bernie voters and Trump highlighted this over and over. The same thing can be said for the Clinton server, which may have been easier to hack from what we have learned.

The biggest irony of all that is ignored by everyone is this - we are told (again - dogma now) that “the Russians have something damaging they can hold over the head of Trump for leverage.” Despite this, Trump has been very tough on Russia so that theory does not appear to hold water. What if the Russians have the foundation emails that show pay to play? We know they probably have recorded and digital communications pertaining to the Uranium 1 purchase. Given this allegation and these probable facts - who was most exposed to blackmail? Clinton who received over 100 million dollars via the foundation (with a cash bonus speaking fee for him) or Trump who according to a dossier the author did not even believe was said by nameless Russians to have engaged prostitutes to pee in his hotel room (he is a complete germaphobe by the way).

So we have the unverified dossier with no business dealings in Russia or the candidate who as sec of state solicited tens of millions of dollars to her personal foundation, a husband who received a huge cash speaking fee, and a sale of 20% of our uranium interest in an industry worth billions.

What do the facts say?

Good points, but I do not think the government is floundering. The real irony of the “Russia Russia Russia” obsession by the left and the media is that Trump has implemented the most changes in our government in my lifetime in just over and year and the pace continues. Many of the things he is doing are adamantly opposed by the left, but nobody is paying attention because they are all focused on the Russia narrative and remain determined to “make that stick” despite an apparent lack of any evidence.

He could be accomplishing much more in this “blackout” period if his own party in congress (especially the Senate) was more on board with his agenda. I think history will look back on this and recognize the truth - they allowed his agenda to move forward because they were obsessed with a kill shot forwarded by their own losing candidate as an excuse.

Hey, man how cool would it be for Podesta to be put on the cover of the Rolling Stone like a rock star like they did for the Boston Bomber and airbrush him to be a hottie.
