I have spent years driving that section of I95 to get to and from work.
And I say a prayer every time.
Hideous section of roadway. And in the past 30 years, there has never been a time when there wasn’t some type of conduction or roadwork being done.

In all seriousness the driver was probably stunned just to be alive.
