But as I subsequently posted, I found a separate photo of Jennifer Pena and she is definitely a woman.

Ten years is long enough - then they can transfer out of DC and into flyover... Providing SERVICE to our federal government should be a ‘citizens’ privilege and honor... not a sinecure for people who take on the airs of royalty ...
