I’m afraid the judge may have overplayed his hand. What he should have said was simply that the appointment is not unlimited. If it were unlimited, then it would be unconstitutional because only the President can appoint an Attorney General, and the President did not appoint Mueller.
The charges must be related in some way to the Russians and Trump.
But on the other hand, this will make it interesting... I hope.

They will all be witnesses against each other soon enough if there is any justice at all. Start with sedition, lying, obstruction and wearing ugly ties in court. Mueller, Brennan, Comey, Clapper keep going, all scum.

I have stated previously I doubt Manafort gets convicted of anything. The judge is right its all about Trump.
No, it’s a thread that he is using to get people to flip and turn against Trump. It’s Mueller’s M.O. He has done it all throughout his career. It was predictable..................
I understand what you are saying...bu, Mueller went in front of this particular judge instead of judge-shopping. He must have known how it would turn out.
He probably made the mistake that because this judge is black, he would be a political ally.................
Cohen is being prosecuted by the Federal Southern District of New York, not by a New York state court. The jurisdiction for the raid then belongs to the FBI (and, of course, to NCIS - Jethro Gibbs seems to be able to take on whatever case he wants).
I don’t think that the prosecution gets to choose the judge. I seem to recall something about separation of powers.

Not only should Mueller’s investigation be shut down, but he, Mueller be tried for treason. Was he not the man to take the sample Uranium to Moscow to close the Uranium One Deal?
