Mule face is in big trouble. Judge Ellis asked him if Rosenbutt has recused since he is “a witness”. That is an express violation of ethics of ANY bar association. But the Judge was explicit that Mule face has NO JURISDICTION under the “Russian Collusion” mandate for his investigation. This is so great!! While he deferred his ruling HE IS GOING TO DISMISS THE CASE AGAINST MANAFORT!! Mule face is beyond his scope!!!
Someone said the plan will be to dismiss the matter upon request by the prosecution so they can re introduce it later before a different judge. If they do that, I hope the judge sees it for what it is and dismisses it with prejudice.
They will all be witnesses against each other soon enough if there is any justice at all. Start with sedition, lying, obstruction and wearing ugly ties in court. Mueller, Brennan, Comey, Clapper keep going, all scum.
