It sounds like they were relying on gossip.
IIRC, the President said there was nothing wrong with the conversation.
So it appears they have no ACTUAL conversation.
The “inconsistency” could be that Flynn said he talked for 10 minutes and the deep state says 13. I would not plead guilty for that reason. Must have been some other threat.
