-- Sadly, Nunes stated he's not even sure Sessions knows about this. --

How the dickens can he then justify holding Sessions in contempt? For conduct Sessions has net been made aware of?

None of the letters demanding information have been addressed to Sessions? If they have, were they intercepted by a Chinese firewall run by deep state?

The Comitee sent a classifed follow up to Session demanding information on the FISA abuses use to start this whole clown show in motion.

Session ignored it.

That Contempt of Congress and Session needs to be fired today.

Congress has oversight of FISA. It HAS to since all of this was done with just a Judge and Government lawyers. NO ONE BUT Congress has any oversight of what they do in there. DOJ MUST comply. Their failure to is all ready a Constitutional Crisis.

NO ONE is allows secret “Star Chamber” courts and limitless investigation powers. EVERYONE MUST be accountable to oversite or the Republic is finished.

Because believe it or not, Sessions is the Attorney General of the United States of America.

If his office didn’t pass a subpoena from the House Intel Chairman to Sessions, what does that say about Sessions?

So either Sessions has corrupt or incompetent underlings, or he ignored the subpoena himself.

We’ll see. After this morning, there is no longer any doubt he is aware of the congressional subpoena.
