Liberals love Darwin and his ism, can they not see the difference between a man with a gun and one without one?

Survival of the fittest, hum?

I think they do.

I disagree with his conclusion somewhat. My own experiences in that same LA Riot leads me to think that he’s got the right idea in that one should select a modern pattern combat arm, but I believe that the correct selection would be one in 7.62mm caliber or a detachable magazine fed semi-auto shotgun. Like my FAL and my Saiga 12 that I bought after the experience - and after moving to Texas.

It’s crab mentality - they don’t have a gun or the ability to use one so rather than correct that they want to make everyone equally disadvantaged.

Thanks for a great article. Nothing worse than needing a _____ and not having one in an emergency. (I can think of numerous items that anyone alive should have to fill in that blank. A gun is one of them.)

You’re both right. Every responsible American should have a modern sporting rifle in 5.56 and one in 7.62. They should all have a 12 gauge shotgun in either pump or semiautomatic. And they should all have a center-fire revolver or semiautomatic pistol. Throw in a .22LR pistol and a .22LR rifle, and you’re getting toward the minimum for any responsible citizen. [Don’t forget the ammo - at least 1,000 rounds of each caliber/gauge.]

Great article by Schlichter, as usual.

But the article by the Campbell guy, is great as well. He lays it out in a very nerdy, methodical way, that makes a lot of sense.

As for the liberals that don’t think they need guns, IMHO, they fall into 2 categories.

1. They live in uber, white neighborhoods, where at the first sign of someone, brown, they call the cops. And they are such pains in the asses, that the cops go overboard on their response because they don’t want to hear the bitching and moaning. Add to that, that one, or more, of them is usually a member of the local city council or neighborhood group and the cops are always having to deal with their BS. How do I know that? Because I’ve seen it with my own eyes in the City of Atlanta. These folks carved out a little spot in the city and then demanded everything but the kitchen sink from the police. Mind you, they never took into account that the next street over was a war zone. They were duped into paying $300k or more, for a house and they demanded a response.

2. They can afford to pay for extra security. Whether it be off duty cops, doing neighborhood patrols, as they do in Atlanta. Or hiring a security company. In some of the Atlanta neighborhoods, they have gone so far as to purchase vehicles and cell phones for the officers. That way, instead of calling 911 to report a, brown person, walking down the street and there being a recording of it, they call the off-duty officer directly. No record of the call.

Think about the stunt that Alyssa Milano just pulled. Very vocal, anti-gun celeb. Show’s up at a rally with armed security. Most people wouldn’t be able to pick her out of a line-up, but she shows up with guys with guns.

Their hypocrisy is never ending.

Heck, look at the sales of my novels about America’s fate if liberals are allowed to rule unchallenged – and the terrible conflict that would lead to.

Having read both books I have to say that while I believe Schlichter exaggerates the depths of American leftist depravity and commitment to their stated objectives, he’s spot on with the dynamic of how they would govern.

Great read, but a little editing would be nice.

No complaint with the FAL, but my suggestion would be to stick with a tube fed shotgun. That's what our military uses and they train to be reloading while you are shooting, when you can. That way your firearm never runs dry. That tube fed gun is more maneuverable and quicker on target.

:: But it is science – the math is clear ::

Hard sciences are all digested from math. When a neo-communist calls you a science denier, they are actually calling you a “math denier”.

The Leftist activist thinks it likely that he might be IN the violent mob which the middle-class gun owner may need to fire upon in order to protect his family and property.

Think about Antifa, and their reluctance to engage in violence except when the local police are told to stand down by local Democrat politicians.

I carried REAL assault rifles for the better part of 20 years and, although I added many guns to my collection, ARs, or any variation thereof, were never among them - until recently, that is.

>>where at the first sign of someone, brown, they call the cops.

At night or on the weekends at least. During the work day, they employ the brown people to clean their home, raise their brats, and cut the grass. Because they cost less, and Progs are the “friend of the working man” ya know, so exploiting labor is ok for them. /s
