There was a secret database created and massive intelligence operation to gather every possible fact and scrap of information on everyone important in the entire world, and especially in the U.S. It started with the FBI files 20+ years ago. Hillary was in charge of that operation, too. Gather everything possible.
It includes everyone in Congress, everyone at the State level, local, critical friends and enemies, Supreme Court, important Judges, everyone.
The database is used for Coercion and Blackmail, straight up.
The last person in charge, of course, was Brennan.
And it is being used. Definitely on the SC, and the Senate.
