The "Business" media and can lie all they want but anyone with any business experience could tell you that.
Business hates uncertainty and over regulation. The company I work for sat on a $250 million plant expansion plan because they had no idea which way things were going to go economically with O in charge. They sat on their cash worried new regulations, like Obamacare, would cost them millions.
They will break ground on the new plant site this summer.
