Those are probably the charges stemming from the other case. The age of the girl is not given. In legal terms “sodomy” is much broader than the common one. Again if the girl was 17 and he was 20-21 at the time my comment applies. If she was younger and he older, well that is a different matter.

You’re right. Those were from when he was convicted as a juvenile. But I still believe that a 17 year old is capable of consenting to sex with an adult 3 years older. I also think jail is the best place for Rhodes.
