(snip) --- DiGenova ripped Rosenstein's actions in regard to the Mueller probe into President Donald Trump and alleged collusion with Russia.
He said he would support charges of contempt against Rosenstein if they are brought.
"What is true now is that all of the redactions [in documents provided to Congress] thus far that we have seen... are things that are embarrassing to the FBI and DOJ under Barack Obama," he said.
"This has to stop right now," diGenova said of the apparently political redactions.
He called Rosenstein -- formerly a U.S. attorney from Maryland -- a "classic careerist" who believes "no one in the DOJ can do something wrong."
DiGenova remarked that if Mueller finds that Trump obstructed justice by firing then-FBI Director James Comey, Rod Rosenstein is a legitimate co-conspirator because he signed the memorandum suggesting Comey be terminated.

As a member of the DOJ Praetorian Guard, he will either be protected for the rest of his life or offered as a public sacrifice to protect the remainder of the syndicate.
If those are the only choices then I choose for him the 2nd. It is unfortunate, he should have recused himself. He is conflicted in the “Russia” investigation as either a conspirator to perjury (or worse) or a material witness to perjury (at best) since he was involved in the wiretap warrant requests against the Trump campaign.
Maybe, if enough federal judges are willing to kick these cases back (or just dismiss them) - as three judges seem to be putting up resistance to the cases brought against Flynn and Manafort, it will start to turn the tables around.
No investigation is fair or complete if it only focuses on one candidate - especially when another candidate has piles of evidence against her, and publicly claimed Russia is behind the hacking of their party’s computers. Just that claim alone warrants a thorough investigation to make sure there was no mole or inside job (even if we all “know” there was no hack, they claim there was and this means it has to be investigated). Mueller’s focus only on Trump betrays his biases.
All 3 of them need to be removed, by hook or by crook.
Sessions. Rosenstein. Mueller.
See tagline.
(Who is #3 at Justice? Instant promotion...?)
He should have resigned or recused once he knew there were problems with the FISA renewal he signed in July. The Fusion GPS story didn’t break until Dec. of last year when congress subpoenaed their banking records. It would be interesting to find out what if any influence Bruce Ohr had with Rosenstein concerning SC discussions, etc. He was ADAG until he was demoted last Dec and again in Jan.
He and his fellow conspirators.
It's actually "Believe they can do no wrong for which they are brought to justice".
So far it has worked very well for them.
No he doesn’t. He, along with Mueller, and Comey simply believe the FBI can do anything it wants, right or wrong, for their own political agenda, progressivism.

Dear God, PLEASE let some #MeToo stuff turn-up on this guy.

Yep.............. they're all going to prison.
Rosenstein smells bad just looking at his ugly face.
You’re very correct.
_______
When and if Mr. Horowitz drops the bomb......... all these questions should be answered.
That punkly, pussy face of R.R. won’t be grinning sometime soon.
He doesn’t believe the “DOJ can do no wrong.” That implies he believes he is on some type of moral footing. He’s a Progressive and part of the Establishment, as such, he has no morality, but just a Progressive World view.
A better question is whether Ohr has already become state’s evidence.
BTW, now Treasury OIG has launched an investigation into Porny Daniels’ lawyer.
That’s three IG investigations: Horowitz, Treasury, and the House (Awans) which I have little confidence in.
They cranked up the heat on Ohr and he was interviewed a dozen times between the end of the election and May 2017. It wasn’t until 6 months later that he was demoted.
