Illegal Mexicans don’t qualify for Medicaid. They have the highest rate of no health insurance. And these Mexicans have the lowest rate of infant and maternal mortality ... better than whites, whose rate is better than Asians whose rate is better than Blacks, whose rate is better than Native Americans.
But Blacks on Medicaid have by far the highest infant and maternal mortality rate.
So the solution? Achieve equality by expanding Medicaid to all Blacks and Hispanics and eventually to everyone in the US.
