If you are not willing to make a murdering terrorist uncomfortable to protect the lives of your fellow Americans, THAT is disqualifying for the position of CIA Director. I absolutely reject that waterboarding, an interrogation technique that causes no injury or physical harm (and is performed on many of our own troops and intel agents to give them the confidence to resist it) can be defined as torture.
