I don’t see that as a disqualifcation.

Terrorists were never tortured- they were interrogated- harshly, but no- not tortured- torturing would be doing things like soaking their beards in gasoline, and lighting their faces on fire- breaking their bones, hanging them from meat hooks and beating their feet with wood planks until the feet break- crap like that- Waterboarding is NOT torture- Hell- women in college go through waterboarding hazing rituals- apparently our women are toguher than terrorists are?
