This is where every indictment filed by Mueller falls apart.

The accused in every one of these cases has the right to call witnesses in the case to depose and cross-examine them for information that may exonerate him. Mueller cannot hide behind "secrecy" in prosecuting these cases.

This is probably why the Russians have mounted such a strong and thorough defense in the case where the arraignment was held today.

That would have been true in the old days, but watch for the MSM to defend Mueller’s actions saying something like the situation is so dire, so extraordinary, that it is ok to have an anonymous accuser bring secret charges against someone.

Anonymous accusers making secret charges. That is what the FBI is doing with Mueller.
