The House oversight committee has a right to this information. If it is not given, they need to start handing out dire consequences for DOJ.
Also, Trump needs to order Sessions to comply immediately.
Sessions is recused. This seems to be why it was Acting Attorney General Rosenstein who appealed to the White House for intervention. He met with Chief of Staff John Kelly. Trump was informed and somehow, following the WH meeting, Rosenstein issued Nunes and Gowdy an invitation to a classified review of documents.
Can’t wait to hear where this ends after that classified mtg.
