If you had to ask today if Hillary Clinton, Obama Brennan and clapper are above the law, the answer would be “ yes”

That's true, they are considered to be above the law. However the law has to be applied fairly. Hillary for example appears to be guitly of mishandling, creating an environment for mishandling, and at least one case of directing mishandling. Then there are allegations that she placed the classified documents on the server so she could sell them in exchange for CF donations. A investgation and legal review is unlikely to find that to be the case. And even that is not "treason", it's a crime that others like transvestite Manning was convicted of (now running for Senate like HIllary).

The fact is that the deep state is mainly a political problem. It is the inevitable result of pursuit of "safety" over liberty, the ascendence of the managerial elite, and people voting for bread and circuses. Those problems are difficult to solve. There are no easy answers especially not "legal" remedies that are clearly beyond the bounds of the Constitution and laws.
