I’m not a senator. This guy has been for what, 25 years or more? But I do know this. Had the republicans voted to dismantle Obamacare, it would have provoded the Senate to either work together for something better or, to just let it go.
His action, assured that neither would be done, more over no solution thru the Senate.
I don’t understand why the Senate has to follow a 60 vote rule. It should be simple majority.
This guy has to rank as the worst Senator in my life time along with the worst republican candidate for president. Worse than Geral Ford and Bob Dole. The worst.

It takes 51 Senator's votes to change the rules.
There are not 51 Senators in the Senate who would vote change those rules regarding laws.
They couldn't get 51 for eliminating Obamacare funding/taxes (Skinny) bill and they wouldnt get 51 to change the rules.
Nor do they have 51 who want a vote on that.
