Special counsel Robert Mueller’s team has questioned several witnesses about millions of dollars in donations to President Donald Trump’s inauguration committee last year, including questions about donors with connections to Russia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, sources with direct knowledge told ABC News.
Those interviewed included longtime Trump friend and confidant Thomas Barrack, who oversaw the fundraising effort, as well as individuals familiar with the massive inaugural fund, according to sources with direct knowledge.

I actually looked this up. The answer is that foreign nationals cannot give to an inauguration committee.
DJT should have ditched all of the inaugural celebrations, taken the oath in the oval office, and got right to work.

The one thing that might be good about this whole Mueller thing is that he left no stone unturned, and has found nothing on Trump. There’s no room for argument from anybody once this closes. What does shine out are the illegal efforts of the Democrats and others to illegally attempt to throw an election among other illegal acts. The groundwork is being set to prosecute if Meuller is actually doing his job.

You are correct, and Rush is playing the same game, saying things such as “Maybe the FBI really believed the Trump campaign was connected to Russian and sent someone in to investigate” Rush is controlled opposition.

so at most some Russian or other foreign national might be indicted for this.....I’m glad my tax money is being well spent digging into Russian Troll farms and stuff like this....I can’t sleep at night because of these issues
Why don’t they just roll back the Trump Tax cut to pay for 100 Robert Muellers to look at everything in Washington the past 10 years including jaywalkers.....

Inaugurations are not campaigns.
I doubt that campaign financing restrictions apply.
