Waters has latched onto this issue - hate the President - because it requires no thought or nuance and can be easily understood. She is going to milk the hatred for all it is worth. In the meanwhile, she lives in her gated home in California, when not sliding through the Swamp, away from her impoverished constituents. After all, she doesn’t want to actually see them or interact with them. For Waters, this is a win-win situation.
