I sense all the hostile noise about Russia now is really over matters like Syria and Iran.

It looks like some adults had a face to face meeting in Moscow the other day, Mr. Netanyahu of Israel and Mr. Putin.

President Donald J. Trump has met Mr. Putin and talked on the phone with him.

I think talking is a better way than all this belligerence.
