Barack Obama’s former Secretary of State, John Kerry has been secretly meeting with Iranian officials to salvage Iran’s nuclear weapons program.
After the news broke last week Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee called on G-men to arrest John Kerry for his treasonous acts.
Kerry was working against the Trump administration to salvage the Iranian nuclear deal.
Earlier this week President Trump withdrew from the sham Iranian nuclear deal. President Trump knew the deal with the Iranian mullahs was not working.
Several leading officials have called on the Sessions DOJ to prosecuted John Kerry for violations against the Logan Act.
John Kerry does not seem to be fazed with the threats.
Now this… On Saturday former Obama Secretary of State was seen dining with several Iranian regime officials.

The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) was enacted in 1938. FARA is a disclosure statute that requires persons acting as agents of foreign principals in a political or quasi-political capacity to make periodic public disclosure of their relationship with the foreign principal, as well as activities, receipts and disbursements in support of those activities. Disclosure of the required information facilitates evaluation by the government and the American people of the statements and activities of such persons in light of their function as foreign agents. The FARA Registration Unit of the Counterintelligence and Export Control Section (CES) in the National Security Division (NSD) is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Act.
At some point one has to wonder at the legality of this and why is action not taken if he truly is treasonous.

This is clearly a violation of the Logan Act, but I doubt if it will be enforced. Only been used twice in over 200 years.
That on the face of it is untrue. It is working very well just as it was designed to work by the mullahs and the sultan of D.C.

According to Corsi, Kerry violated U.S. code 18 U.S.C. 953. “A U.S. citizen cannot go abroad and negotiate with a foreign power,” Corsi told CNSNews.com.
By Kerry’s own admission, he met in 1970 with delegations from the North Vietnamese communist government and discussed how the Vietnam Warshould be stopped.

It seems that there are two different justice systems in the US. One for democrats and the other for normal Americans. Being a democrat means never having to call your lawyer. And until the left are treated the same as normal Americans there is no justice. Ask anyone who still has faith in the system and I bet its a low number.
I would suggest Kerry (who served in Vietnam) was suggesting the Iranians pay him for services to set the deal back on track.
John Kerry has gone rogue. That needs to be stopped immediately and Keery brought to trial.
