No, not simply what I believe in, what God himself believes in, and believe me, if he didn’t want Christendom, if he didn’t want to be the sole ruler of the entire world, he would NOT have had us go and spread the Gospel, he would have done to us like Jimmy Carter did to the Shah of Iran. You think God wouldn’t approve of force? He advocated the use of force all the time in the old testament, and even in the new testament, there was Jesus’s throwing out of the money-changers, which last I checked IS force. In fact, even by our interacting with each other, we’re forcing our views on to each other, there IS no way to not use force on others. That’s what the Enlightenment got wrong.
And the Germans WERE forced, ultimately, as when they started smelling that things weren’t right, it was far too late (and there have been PLENTY of Christian groups who spoke out against the Nazis and ended up dead because of it, so don’t try to claim that none spoke out against it or the German people weren’t forced into compliance).
Well I think we are going to have to agree to disagree. I don’t see Europe as the center of Christendom and it hasn’t been for hundreds of years. God did not leave them they left God. Church after church is being closed while more and more mosques are being built.
If you find them worth saving then you must do your duty as you see fit. For me, I am more concerned with what happens here and we enough problems that we shouldn’t even think of taking on someone else’s.
