Turned out they all got BONUSES and zero fines.

Most of the Board of Directors of ZTE are tippy-TOP Chinese intel officers —they are one and the same.
Yep and US military personnel are barred from buying their phones because of tracking and back doors I’d guess. Affiliated Huawei too I think.
Do you know if it is all Chinese companies or is ZTE worse than the others? I have a Xiaomi phone myself and kind of like it.
