We had Soros buy a DA race here in Orlando. His candidate beat the prosecutor who lost the Casey Anthony trial. Then just days after taking office she announced that she’d no longer ask for the death penalty in any case. We had several cop killers facing trial and there was a huge outcry. The governor ultimately announced that he’d take away any cases from her that invoked grounds for the death penalty and give them to another prosecutor. She took him to court and tried to stop him. But the courts upheld the governors power to do that. Ultimately she reversed herself and announced she’d resume asking for the death penalty but no one really believes her.
He’s doing this across the country and was recently successful in Bexar County (San Antonio) Texas. It was well known what he was doing but voters too stupid to pay attention. Very strategic; decides who gets prosecuted and how; plea deals, etc. Affects everything from illegals, terrorists, drug cartels, vote fraud, etc.

There is a large tv and radio ad buy here in San Diego by the Stephan campaign against Soros’ Black Marxist sock puppet. The county remains mostly Republican, while the city has gone to the ‘RATS — it’s a competitive race, but the word is out about what Soros is attempting to do.
I say, let it roll! If the people in these cities are dumb enough to elect the Soros guy, then they will get the city they deserve. Let everyone see what happens when liberalism wins. Working people will leave these cities in droves.
The problem with your theory is the people who elect the Soros stooge usually don’t figure out what they did wrong. Instead, they leave the city for the suburbs, and continue voting for the same politicians who ruined the city to begin with. Democrat voters are like locusts.
