Anyone know how Daniels came to employ Avenatti?

While I suppose in some circles he is a known commodity - he’s not exactly a household name, like a Gloria Aldred.

Did he learn something and approach her?

With Avenatti In The Spotlight, His Own Questionable Past Emerges 05/13/2018

by Peter Hasson & Joe Simonson The Daily Caller

Avenatti’s past is littered with lawsuits, jilted business partners and bankruptcy filings. People who have worked with the lawyer described him to TheDCNF as ruthless, greedy and unbothered by ethical questions.

-------------------------------------------------------

The article explains how Avenatti owed $160,000 to Dillanos Coffee but it mysteriously got paid off when they tweeted about it.

Not sure I’m reading that complaint right.

The first part sounds like sour grapes over something that didn’t involve Avenatti acting as a lawyer. He sounds more like an investor in that part of the complaint. Am I misreading that?

And the rest - I don’t know if its “business as usual” or not?

Also - I think the post #4 indicates these are now paid.

Go to www.reddit.com/r/the_donald for lots of info. Today, for example, they talk about Avenutti squatting in a house and using legal tricks to stay in it. And follow the usual suspects like thomas paine, Jack Posobiec, and @BackChannel17 on twitter.

Aventi used to work for the Clinton stooge Rahm Emmanuel - what does that tell you?

As a CPA, I agree. You don’t mess with Trust Fund Taxes. There is a fiduciary responsibility that transcends the corporation.

Robert Barnes ‏ @Barnes_Law The law firm that represented the ex-employee & structured the settlement w/ #Avenatti when the sudden, unidentified millions came in for #Avenatti to bail his law firm out of its crushing debts and possible criminal tax charges? The one & only: Perkins Coie.

Daxton Brown ‏ @daxtonbrown Daxton Brown Retweeted Troy Rawlings Marc Elias at Perkins Coie - lawyer to the DNC, John Podesta, corrupt New Jersey Senator Mendez (of the underage hookers), and Senate Majority PAC. Also represented Obama and Hillary. Elias was bagman for Fusion GPS money from Hillary. Daxton Brown added,

Troy Rawlings ‏ @Troy_Rawlings Troy Rawlings Retweeted Scott Wellman Yes. And a fun fact not many people know? In a case I have in Utah, Harry Reid‘s attorney is whom? Marc E. Elias. Of what law firm? Perkins Coie. And that’s all I can say today.

Scott Wellman ‏ @prof_zoidberg Replying to @Barnes_Law @Troy_Rawlings @dbongino - ANOTHER connection: @MichaelAvenatti, the lawyer who is representing Stormy Daniels at the moment? His law firm was bailed out by...wait for it...wait... Perkins Coie.

The names of the donors should be revealed. Otherwise, donors like George Soros could donate and the money concealed with the other donations.
