Precisely. The thing about complex systems is that a tiny touch in the right place can change the system state beyond recognition. Trump's been doing it 140 characters at a time and it's driving his opposition absolutely nuts.

Every tactical move Trump makes, there's a strategic plan behind it. Those on the Left aren't sharp enough to realize this.

Baked into that statement is the acknowledgement the systems the Deep State / permanent State have constructed are both complex and brittle (inflexible). Complex is bad. Brittle is bad. In nature, complex/brittle systems tend to go extinct. That these Deep State systems go extinct is only cataclysmic to the Deep State.
