He is not a “she”. His DNA will not “wake up” and switch the XY to an XX. There is no “transition”. There is surgical assaults on the body and a lifetime of drugs and hormones, so that an obsessed mind can continue to pretend - that’s what it is, a pretense - that the person is a sex they are not.
The obsession only has the strength it does with an adult because the person was never given proper treatments to get rid of the obsession at an earlier age. Just like believing any lie for a lifetime, the longer it continues the harder it is to abandon it. “Transitioning” is to give final satisfaction to the lie, but as many “trans” and former “trans” admit, it never fully resolves the contest in the mind with the obsession.
