This is NOT a law, it is an emotional EXPRESSION, and may be LEGALLY IGNORED. Florida has a state-level Firearms Law PREEMPTION statute, you see.

I thought the State of Florida recently passed the 3-day waiting period. I could be wrong of course.
If they did the pre-emption long would not come into play. On the other hand if they did what would be the point in Orlando the duplicating that 3-day waiting.?
Who knows what current Florida state law is on this?
