The Office of Net Assessment paid Stefan Halper...why?
American Thinker ^ | May 15, 2018 | Clarice Feldman

Stefan Halper, the dual U.S.-U.K. citizen who reached out to Trump campaign aides George Papadopoulos and Carter Page, is the international man of mystery when it comes to the origins of the FBI counterintelligence probe of the Trump campaign and presidency. From public records, we know he was receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars a year from the federal government national security apparatus.

From the payment statements, the Department of Defense's Office of Net Assessment appears to have been the contract award-maker. We still do not know what he was paid for, though there are several instances seeming to indicate that he was trying to engage low-level Trump campaign staff in suspicious actions.

Calls to the Department of Defense indicated that the department had no listing for either that office or its head, James Baker.

A corrupt Obama administration appears to have paid people to infiltrate the Trump campaign and create a false narrative of Russian collusion.

Time to put this mother####r on a no-fly list, and bankrupt him with legal fees. Arrest him when he returns, if he dares, to the USA.

That’s how the game is played in DC, and it works both ways.

Indeed, the Office of Net Assement looks like a slush fund to pay off cronies, producing useless work.

The US Fed.gov budget is full of literally thousands of such programs. Its why we are $21 Trillion in debt, its why America's 7 richest counties now surround Washington DC, and its why DC intelligence bureaucrats have such power, to the point they will publicly try to overthrow a President.

So as a side note - next time anyone advocates for TERM LIMITS, please do so FIRST for life-time, deep-state programs and bureaucrats, and only after that, for the public's only means of change - your elected officials.

"Hey, I have a great idea. We'll screw the American people out of their votes and make them pay for it!" Ah, but sooner or later the marks find out. Things tend to get a little difficult after that.

If Stefan Halper is the “secret” informant, then I don’t know why they don’t just admit it. He’s not a secret. There is no national security concern in keeping his name out of it.

(hat tip Victor Davis Hanson)

After Trump won, the super-confident Deep State had the power to either
stop, remove, or delegitimize Trump and remove him from the presidency....

Obama’s apparat quite imaginatively pulled out all the stops:

<><>implanting Obama holdover appointees all over the executive branch;

<><>filing lawsuits and judge shopping;

<><>organizing the Resistance;

<><>pursuing impeachment writs;

<><>warping the FISA courts;

<><>weaponizing the DOJ and FBI;

<><>attempting to disrupt the Electoral College;

<><>angling for enactment of the 25th Amendment or the emoluments clause; and,

<><> unleashing Hollywood celebrities, Silicon Valley, and many in Wall Street to suffocate the Trump presidency in its infancy.

All of it indicative of the Third World mentality the Halfrican brought to the presidency.

The scurrilous T/W tactic of using the power of govt against those who get in their way.

GOP candidate Bassilian discovers federal agency CDC diverted $3 million to liberal group for Democrat campaigns-—to fund “health issues.”
Dig deeper——

<><>betcha the Halfrican set it up before leaving office that his shadow govt (OFA) is getting tax dollars

<><> the Halfrican could have also guaranteed Planned Parenthood a steady stream of tax dollars for “women’s health.”

<><> the Obama crowd are probably still cashing US govt paychecks——

<><> it’s an old political trick to put hand-picked buddies on the govt payroll

<><> long after you think they’re gone, the previous admin’s pals are pocketing tax dollars

SEPT 2016-— officials from the State, Justice and Treasury departments said the $1.3 billion to Iran was paid in cash on Jan. 22 and Feb. 5. The money came from a little-known fund administered by the Treasury Department for settling litigation claims. The so-called Judgment Fund is taxpayer money Congress has permanently approved in the event it’s needed, allowing the president to bypass direct congressional approval to make a settlement. The U.S. previously paid out $278 million in Iran-related claims by using the fund in 1991.

Republicans have decried the payments as ransom, a charge the Obama administration has rejected.....a group of Republican senators announced their support for legislation that would bar payments from the Judgment Fund to Iran until Tehran pays the nearly $55.6 billion that U.S. courts have judged that it owes to American victims of Iranian terrorism.

The US Treasury from the Obama era HAS a huge Rahm/Obama paper trail. One can get awfully rich awfully fast knowing the Fed’s Treasury moves in advance.But the Iran connection could prove to be even more interesting considering the hundreds of millions Obama secretly gave to Iran.

RHAM EMANUEL’S TWO KEY JOBS Soon as they occupied the WH, Obama placed his COS Rahm Emanuel in control of the US Dept of the Treasury (oversees the IRS). PAUSE TO REFLECT First-term Obama had tight control of Treasury; Obama calculatedly placed his then-COS Rahm Emanuel in a dual role.......in the WH and at Treasury. Obama had a stranglehold on Treasury via COS Rahm Emanuel’s dual role

THE SMOKING GUN-—WSJ REPORT—On Jan 20, 2009 Timothy Geithner was appointed Obama’s Secy of the Treasury. But within three weeks, the Obama White House tightened its grip on Treasury. Obama put his COS, Rahm Emanuel, in charge of Treasury-—Rahm Emanuel’s dual role was an unusual move.

When he got to Treasury, WH COS Rahm Emanuel was so involved in the inner workings that the phrase “Rahm wants it” had become an unofficial mantra among subservient govt staffers, prostrate in obeisance, scurrying to accede to Rahm’s wishes, according to Treasury government officials.

Reported by WSJ / 05/31/09
More here: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124113406528875137.html

Pres Trump needs to suggest AG Sessions make an inquiry to the US Dept of the Treasury and be sure to ask what RAHM AND Obama were doing in the US Treasury after Obama got elected.

September 27th, 2016, Halper gets $282,295.
July 26th, 2017, Halper gets $129,280.

Timing is perfect, allowing for paperwork.

He is an occasional CIA Contractor, and was hired by Brennan for a secret Operation to Sabotage Trump, in August/September 2016.

He performed his mission quite well, and got paid again.

Paid via James Baker (of course).

Let’s see who signed the requisition.

Because Valerie Plame. She was no secret either. No one wants to get the Scooter Libby treatment. And they don't even need to assign a Special Council, as Mueller is already available for investigations of unlimited scope...

Thanks. Has that been confirmed? It would seem odd but would be great to find out which James Baker, specifically, this was and call his arse to testify.
