The decision involved Tim Canova's bid to unseat U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., in the 2016 Democratic primary. Canova lost, 57 percent to 43 percent.

Canova wanted to look for voting irregularities and sought to see the ballots in 2017. He sued Snipes when the ballots weren't produced. However, Snipes had approved destruction of the ballots.

Snipes' attorney says they'll appeal the decision.

Earlier today a Florida judge ruled that Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes violated state and federal laws by destroying ballots from a 2016 congressional race while —they— were the subject of a lawsuit against her office.

The seems like a case of pronoun abuse. Either that or it is not written in English.

It appears that the attempts by FL Dems to alter the election didn’t change the results. OK, that’s fine (well, except that such is a crime - and someone HAS TO go to prison).

But...

...Donald Trump did NOT win in a landslide.

Listen, I’m thrilled to death that he won. I contributed money to his primary and general election campaigns. I voted for him - twice. My Hispanic, Jewish and (obviously female) wife did the same. I’m still rolling around in my schaedenfreude, and enjoying it more every single day that the Leftists wail about Trump and what he’s done. BUT losing the popular vote by nearly 3 million (even if 100% of that is due to fraud) and winning the E.C. by 304 to 227 just isn’t a landslide. Sorry, I love the guy as POTUS, but a landslide would require winning the popular vote by at least 8% (54-46), and having at least 350 EVs. So 2016 was no landslide, as happy as I am about the end result.

I do, however, predict that Trump WILL win in an honest-to-God landslide in 2020...and the schaedenfreude will be EPIC.
