Iran in Panic Mode, Scrambles to Save Nuclear Deal
Washington Free Beacon ^ | May 15, 2018 | Adam Kredo

Posted on 05/15/2018 3:31:16 PM PDT by detective

The Iranian ruling regime is racing to save the landmark nuclear deal after President Donald Trump bucked European powers and walked away from the agreement with a vow to reimpose a package of harsh sanctions on the Islamic Republic, according to U.S. officials and regional experts who say the hardline regime is scared about losing the sweetheart deal.

Leading Iranian officials have been locked in tense meetings with European countries and former U.S. officials to ensure they continue to uphold the deal and keep doing business with the Islamic Republic.

Collusion is not a crime...

This Conspiracy to overthrow the duly elected President of the United State, though, IS.

All these ‘former’ officials need to be immediately investigated, indicted, arrested, tried and punished...soon.

The American people are getting sick and tired of this silly crap.

Iran was on the verge of folding under previous sanctions, and the threat of a ‘students revolution’ that would have sent the mullah’s packing.

Then Odumshit stepped in with the “arab spring” and set Iran back 10 years, and gave the mullah’s a new lease on life- and probably got many students killed.

Release the names of the western officials who were bribed or else the new deal will be a whole lot tougher.

“We don’t see the U.S. just as Mr. Trump; the United States is not just the current ruling administration and there are many figures who have different views on international and regional issues,” Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi said in recent comments.”

Jail kerry.

After what Iran just precipitated in Gaza, they should go pound sand.

"Collusion, anyone?"

Iran clearly stated bribes had been paid. What they are meeting tensely about is what they can expect to obtain for their blood money.

Reality is a bitch. Trump revealed who actually holds the leverage in this deal. While the West prostrated itself to Iran in order to get a bad deal, the Iranians were portrayed as the one holding all the cards. Obama was snookered. Iran was the big winner. Is it any wonder that Iran now wants to do anything to save the deal?

They’re scared witless that Israel is going to hold them to account.

muslim
They had a deal as long as a / Democrat was in the White House. Either (a) they were sure Hillary was going to get in, or (b) they were really stupid and didn’t do their homework.

Oh, I think they did their homework. Only one of those Republican candidates would have had the guts to do this - the one who couldn't win.

It all the secret parts of the Iran deal that Obama put in place that would shock everyone. And Iran had it made. But no more.

“France has never been interested in opposing terrorism.”

Since the Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris, France has been sending their aircraft carrier, the Charles DeGaulle, to bomb ISIS, only coming back to home port to rearm. It is the only non-American carrier supporting that operation - real bombs, real targets, really part of the team.

When al Queda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) captured Northern Mali, France handled its liberation without American assistance.

France declared a state of emergency after the Bataclan massacre, and did things that would seem shocking here, shutting down mosques, arresting and deporting extremists.

They still have it worse there, because of the numbers (a greater percentage of France is muslim, than there are African-Americans in the US), but also because of the depth of extremist infiltration there - some families in their third and fourth generation as radicals.

Congress now needs to reimpose sanctions. Watch who fights them the hardest.

Especially pubbie leadership. Telltale bribed ones.

Either (a) they were sure Hillary was going to get in,

We have no idea the total amount supposedly given
to Iran, who knows how much of that went to her campaign.

So much in cash...it could have gone anywhere.

The devoted “Christian” Obama had an amazing ability to somehow do exactly the thing that most benefitted radical islamists. Over and over and over. Hmmmmm.....
