Code Name Crossfire Hurricane: The Top Secret Origins of the F.B.I.’s Trump Investigation
The New York Times ^ | May 16, 2018 | Matt Apuzzo, Adam Goldman and Nicholas Fandos

Posted on 05/16/2018 11:26:17 AM PDT by detective

Within hours of opening an investigation into the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia in the summer of 2016, the F.B.I. dispatched a pair of agents to London on a mission so secretive that all but a handful of officials were kept in the dark.

Their assignment, which has not been previously reported, was to meet the Australian ambassador, who had evidence that one of Donald J. Trump’s advisers knew in advance about Russian election meddling. After tense deliberations between Washington and Canberra, top Australian officials broke with diplomatic protocol and allowed the ambassador, Alexander Downer, to sit for an F.B.I. interview to describe his meeting with the campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos.

The agents summarized their highly unusual interview and sent word to Washington on Aug. 2, 2016, two days after the investigation was opened. Their report helped provide the foundation for a case that, a year ago Thursday, became the special counsel investigation. But at the time, a small group of F.B.I. officials knew it by its code name: Crossfire Hurricane.

Well, conservatives need to get serious about their tacit support for the malevolent MSM.

For starters, dump Comcast and stop patronizing Disney — two major media corporations that have the miscreants on their payrolls. These ‘trusted’ corporations piss in our shoes daily.

While they (NYT) got some things right - finally - it is a whitewash of all the information that came from Sara Carter, John Solomon, Gregg Jarrett and others Nunes, Grassley et al from the Hannity show.

And it was only because the DOJ’s IG report is now complete and will be dumped soon. And possibly more info if Trump carries out what Meadows, Jordan and DeSantis asked for - gaining more info/docs from DOJ and FBI.

This is the NYT trying to ‘get ahead’ of that data and yet spinning it in the best light that’s possible.

One item ‘softsoaped’ is this:

“Mr. Trump was not under investigation, but his actions perplexed the agents. Days after the stolen Democratic emails became public, he called on Russia to uncover more.”

This is in reference to the joke Trump made - a joke that every MSM outlet took as a real request. lol.

On July 27, 2016, Trump was speaking to a crowd in Doral, Florida, when he said: “Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 (Clinton) emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.”

Trump doubled down on Twitter later that day, writing “If Russia or any other country or person has Hillary Clinton’s 33,000 illegally deleted emails, perhaps they should share them with the FBI!”

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/07/27/trumps-russia-if-youre-listening-remark-one-year-ago-today-still-dogging-him.html

Hannity or Rush or Levin should go line by line on this article and point out the spin, lies and insinuations that aren’t really part of the actual documents that exist right now.

They are trying to legitimize a criminal racketeering syndicate encompassing the DOJ, FBI, NSA and the CIA, all weaponized to thwart and extort the electoral will of The People.

All of these little liberal fascist actors need to be indicted and tried under the Federal RICO statute.

There is no genuine factual basis for their investigation. It was this Criminal Syndicate that colluded with Russia through the Australians and the British simply because these socialist governments comprise an international movement.

In short, its all fabricated to thwart PDJT and the 2016 election of PDJT.

Who wants to buy a Brooklyn bridge located in Canberra?Does the FBI and the media actually think that Americans are THAT stupid?

James Comey Signed FISA Applications Utilizing Same Dossier He Publically Called ‘Salacious…
Breitbart | Feb 2, 2018 | by AARON KLEIN / FR Posted by Jim Robinson

A four-page House Intelligence Committee memo alleging abuse of surveillance authority raises immediate questions about former FBI Director James Comey’s role in utilizing the infamous, largely discredited 35-page anti-Trump dossier to obtain a FISA court warrant to monitor an individual associated with Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

One glaring possible inconsistency centers on Comey’s June 8, 2017 prepared remarks for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, where he referred to the anti-Trump dossier as containing “salacious and unverified” material. Yet, according to the memo crafted by House Republicans, Comey personally signed three FISA court applications utilizing that same dossier that he labeled “salacious and unverified” eight months later to obtain FISA court warrants to conduct surveillance on Carter Page, who briefly served as a volunteer foreign policy adviser to Trump’s 2016 campaign.

The memo documents that on October 21, 2016, the FBI and Justice Department sought and received the FISA order against Page, and that the agencies sought the renewal of the order every 90 days in accordance with court requirements. Renewals require separate finding of probable cause each time, the memo relates.

According to the memo, Comey “signed three FISA applications in question on behalf of the FBI, and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one.” Sally Yates, then-Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein signed one or more of the applications on behalf of the Justice Department.(Excerpt) Read more at breitbart.com ...

=================================

Comey CLEARLY knew about Obama's wiretaps....and told candidate Trump.Trump was angry about it.
He was endlessly ridiculed, and was even expected to "apologize" to Obama for such a "fanciful tale."

A few questions for Special Counsel Mueller.

<><> Investigations normally pursue a crime.

<><> What crime are you investigating?

<><> Your job description centered on Russian collusion, what statute in the US code would you use to prosecute collusion?

<><> Your investigative team is composed of highly partisan supporters of Hillary Clinton? Did you seek out independent, non-partisan lawyers?

<><> Russia expert, Fanny Ohr, wife of demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr, who worked for Fusion GPS on the Steele dossier acquired a short-wave radio license about that time? Did the FBI monitor any of Ohr’s electronic communications?

<><> 2016 candidate Hillary Clinton as Secy of State, removed boxes of official documents and destroyed more than 30,000 official emails. Did you know about this?

<><> What was the Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton meeting about, aside from the usual pleasantries?

<><> The FBI sought to identify and discipline the agent who made the Lynch-Clinton meeting public. Is that offiial FBI policy.

<><> Former CIA boss John Brennan is making angry statements about Pres Donald Trump. Would you have hired him at the FBI? If so, in what capacity?

<><> When reporters asked you if the FBI had dropped the ball by failing to act, you said, “No. I think, given the context of the discussions and the situation that the agents and the analysts were looking at, they took appropriate steps.”

<><> Any second thoughts on that?

<><> Given the time and money you have put in, does the the absence of any crime or collusion trouble you?

<><> Are Democrats disappointed in you?

<><>If so, how have they acted against you?

Crossfire Hurricane was the codename for Brennan and Comey’s operation in London

Strzok, Steele, Downer, Papadopoulos, Misfud, Halper, and Page meetings were all based in London

Who was the CIA London Station Chief in 2016?

Gina Haspel

FBI: Madam Secretary, we are here to talk to you off the record about your email habits.

HRC: Well at this point what difference does it make?

FBI: Thank you, Mrs.Clinton. Have a nice day...
