A possible solution is for Kim Jong Un to give his weapons to China for safe keeping and allow the Chinese to make the call about 'giving them back'.

If Xi Jinping made the decision to return the weapons to North Korea it would mean we have much bigger problems to deal with... and that small a number of extra bombs used against us would be meaningless...
