Paddock lived in Austin as a boy. I'm betting he followed their newspapers.
October 1, 2016 Paddock began a gun purchase binge...all legal purchases.
October 1, 2017, Paddock mows down Concert goers in Vegas and commits suicide.
So a conviction set him off?
