I could easily see this being an innocent misunderstanding.
Throw in extra high pollen count and a sinus/nasal problem and the basket weaving major heard BEANER because thats exactly what PETER said.
Still concerned over this cultural appropriation. There is no way in hell you can mistake PEDRO for BEANER unless you are RACIST.
