Sounds like a welfare game preserve; if she gets out of the car the bipedal hyenas would pounce from the shadows.
Foreigner are imported here in part to fill the growing vacuum between ghettoes and white areas; without them there would be no businesses (think Michael Brown attacking the Asian guy or 25 years ago the blacks attacking Korean businesses in LA). At this point even the chain restaurants have to hire foreigners to prepare the fast food for our permanent underclass...
