Poorly written title. BUT, for az federal court to selectively grant a waver is to put government/state inveigle on freedom of religion ... it ain’t freedom if the government is deciding who can have the waver on religious grounds. Because Catholicism has as a fundamental tenet a prohibition on contraception, the issue should never even be raised in a court for a ruling. Any law trying to mandate contraception is fundamentally against the Constitutional separation of church and state. Granting wavers or not is the camel’s nose under the proverbial tent.
