Shortened title.

Full title: ANOTHER MUELLER GAFFE: Lawyers Defending Russian Firm Tell Court Named Employees DON’T WORK FOR THEM – Mueller MADE IT UP

What a Sideshow — The Mueller Case Is Falling Apart

Lawyers defending the Russian company Concord Management indicted by the corrupt Mueller team again called out Mueller’s liberal hacks and labeled their allegations as “made up” nonsense.

As reported on Wednesday, Concord Management’s lawyers revealed that Mueller’s team of ignored over 70 discovery requests they had made for information before the case. In response Mueller’s team offered to give Concord Management’s lawyers a massive amount of social media data from those dangerous trolls (jk) who sought to influence the US election and the majority of it was in RUSSIAN.

Mueller’s lawyers then admitted that they don’t even have English translations for the Russian social media posts. So Mueller’s lawyers don’t have English translations to the Russian social media posts but we’re supposed to believe we were influenced by these posts?

Just gotta ask, has Mueller looked at any other languages & figured out voter manipulation? Oh man!

Well said. The problem, as i see it, is that Trump is going to humiliate Meuller and many others. Then let them all off the hook for their crimes. He will claim the humiliation is enough.

The judge will have the option of ordering sanctions against Mueller for failing to respond to reasonable discovery requests if the defendants make a motion for it. I’m not familiar enough with federal rules to know whether dismissal is available as a possible sanction at this stage, probably not. But, monetary sanctions will be at some point. Of course, it will be *our* money.

Making up evidence is another matter entirely. That would be a fraud on the tribunal—a very serious ethical violation and grounds for disbarment in any jurisdiction. Unfortunately, state bars tilt very far left. But, at a minimum, he should be barred from appearing in federal court.

Oh, geeze. The court may not even have jurisdiction over the named defendants.

Judges don’t like that.

OK Mueller, it’s time to cough up the DISCOVERY requested by the defendants who you never expected to show up!

Yuk, yuk, yuk. This is reaching the fun stages!

You are 100% right, imo. I believe this was the plan from the very beginning and all they have done has pointed to exactly what you say.

Don’t know. But wouldn’t it be hilarious if a number of the Russian postings end up being pro-Hillary posts?

I concur with your assessment! Trump has been following a SunTzu tenet all along...If your opponent is mad...taunt them to throw them off their game and make mistakes. Pick your battles on your own terms. MAGA!

The first item listed in the defense team's discovery demand to Mueller's team under their "Rule 12" filing (I don't know what exactly that is) is as follows:

From 1945 to present, each and every instance where any officer, employee and/or agent of the United States Government engaged in operations to interfere with elections and political processes in any foreign country; including but not limited to information relating to whether any such activity utilized propaganda in any format, including but not limited to the use of social media. This disclosure should include any and all information regarding the use of computer infrastructure inside and outside of the United States, false foreign identities, goals to sow discord in a foreign political system, assistance to a foreign elected official or candidate, attacks on a foreign elected official or candidate, assassination or conspiracy to assassinate a foreign elected official or candidate, buying political advertisements, posing as foreign persons and/or failure to honestly identify to foreign voters the involvement of any officer, employee or agent of the United States Government.

LMAO. Does anyone think Mueller really expected this case to be defended?

Well, those 2 terabytes of data, written in Russian, would certainly influence those people in Moscow who wanted to vote for Trump.

He wouldn't be any further along.

His biggest impediment is that no more than 20% of Congress supports his agenda anyway. And that has nothing to do with this B.S.

I hope he and those making things up just to eliminate people from high positions are punished. If Hillary had won, we wouldn’t even know the half of what the heck is going on.

I don’t know if the “other Freeper” is me, but I’ve been sounding the alarm for a year that Mueller is obviously begging to be fired, that the reason for this is probably to give Ryan (Romney) and McConnell (Bush) a fig leaf to come out for impeachment and removal, and thet Trump should be following the advice of Napoleon: “Never do what your enemy desires, for this reason alone - that he desires it”.

I agree, but he is not going anywhere. By 2024 the swamp will be drained. Everyone wants it done yesterday but Trump, that magnificent bastard, is playing the long game and taking them out one by one! After 6 more years they will be vanquished.

I’d be willing to bet that the Mueller team is now paranoid to the point of communicating via paper memos and going for walks in the park for verbal exchanges. Can you imagine his distrust of electronic systems? Probably why progress has been reduced to a snail’s pace.

The Democrats on the HPSCI put out the Facebook ads that are implicated in the accusation that the Russians had an effect on the vote, but not on the outcome. That collection (10 gigabytes worth) is a joke. All in English though.

https://democrats-intelligence.house.gov/facebook-ads/social-media-advertisements.htm

The indictment was, as defendant Concord points out, more like a press release making a mountain out of a molehill, and most of THAT was irrelevant to the actual crimes charged.

It's all about the optics and fooling the public. These people are despicable.
