The right judge will rule that the Russians, not being US Citizens, have no standing for judicial rules of evidence.

The right judge will rule that the Russians, not being US Citizens, have no standing for judicial rules of evidence. The problem is, they were indicted by Mueller, and therefore earned the right to their day in court. Doesn't matter that they are not US citizens; being indicted by an American legal entity gave them the right to hire legal counsel and respond. Dummkopf maneuver by Mueller; then again, he's not very bright.

Ugh, they can be charged in a US court but not entitled to a proper defense?

“The right judge will rule that the Russians, not being US Citizens, have no standing for judicial rules of evidence.”
The 14th Amendment makes no such distinction.
