Correct. Especially since nowhere in the Net Neutrality rules does it state that First Amendment free speech rights are protected. If that was part of the Net Neutrality rules, companies like Facebook, Google and Twitter couldn’t deliberately discriminate against Conservatives online because the tech companies’ operations are not only across state lines, but national borders.

Private companies aren’t restrained by the first amendment anyway, only the government is.
