On the other hand, it would encourage more parents to home-school.
Lower the age to 10 years old to buy a weapon. The armed children will shoot back since teachers are cowards.

The media loves showing the after shooting carnage. Why not a public execution of the murderer? Title the hanging execution: “Actions have consequences.”
Arm the teachers and school administrators.
Bring back real discipline.
Remove students with known behavioral or psychological issues from the general population.
End the ‘gun free zone’ stupidity.

Yeah, every girl will get felt up and have her nether region “probed,” and every boy will have his “junk” twiddled by some pervert in a uniform on a daily basis! Yeah, that’s the surefire way to solve this problem! The only thing that might do is wake up sleeping parents when junior comes home and relates how he/she was violated entering the school house this morning.
FYI, I flew a million miles during my working life, both foreign and domestic. I’ve been retired for about twelve years, and in that time, I’ve taken one round trip to Kauai. Sorry, but flying is optional, getting an education isn’t and we don’t need to make schools like airports to achieve security!
Well, no. Not really.
A great many teachers should not be trusted with a sharp pencil, let alone a firearm.
Let those who have the correct temperament and training be armed if they volunteer. That won't be a very large percentage.
