Something about that 1000 feet rule, bothers me.
Heck, people live tens of feet away from a school property line.
Are they then forbidden to own guns, or are they just guilty as soon as they step on foot outside their door with one?
What about people driving by, that may have guns in the trunk? Are they guilty?
