Sorry, but you're wrong. The Supreme Court ruled in 2005 that the death penalty is unconstitutional for offenders who were under 18 at the time of their crime. Pagourtzis was 17; he can't be given the death penalty.

Only if other inmates do it, because the Death Penalty is now Unconstitutional for people who commit murder under the age of 18.
