President Trump and his South Korean counterpart reemphasized their commitment to ensure a summit between North Korea and the United States remains on track after the reclusive regime threatened to pull out of the talks, according to a report on Sunday.
South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Trump spoke for about 20 minutes about the Hermit Kingdoms recent warning that it wouldnt participate in the June 12 meeting in Singapore if the US continues to demand it relinquish its nuclear arsenal.
The two leaders will work closely and unwaveringly for the successful hosting of the North Korea- U.S. summit set on June 12, including the upcoming South Korea-U.S. summit, Reuters reported, citing the South Korean presidents office.
Moon is meeting with Trump at the White House on Tuesday.

Kin Jong Un’s threats to pull out are just his brand of “negotiations”. He is trying to set conditions, but his mistake was not setting them before agreeing to the meeting in the first place.
Of course, Kim does not HAVE to show up. But that would do nothing whatsoever to preserve whatever interests he has in mind.
